We truly love sharing the photographs that are created during our Weston Workshops. Every photographer takes their own unique approach to the scene and the model they are working with. Our workshops are instructor based in that we do daily photo reviews and talk about each other’s work prior to the start of the day. Our reviews are mostly about composition, as the photographers don’t have a ton of time to work on their final edits during the workshop. We stress the importance of correctly framing the image and that is what we focus on during the workshop.
Thank you to those photographers who share their final images with us after they have had time to put the final touches on the images. The difference between a photograph during review and a final image is drastic. Editing, both in the darkroom and on the computer, provides an entire added layer to the photograph. We also enjoy seeing the finished images because it reminds us of the fun times we have had hosting workshops.
