2016 April Print of the Month - Casa Mila, La Pedrera, Barcelona

The 2016 April Print of the Month - Nude and Shadow, Gaudi was photographed on the top of La Pradera in Barcelona, Spain. Known as one of Gaudi's last buildings, before he dedicated himself to the building of the Sagrada Familia. The Casa Milà is one of the best known and most impressive buildings in Barcelona. It has no right angles. It is known as the Quarry house. We spent a memorable morning on the rooftop of this building as the sun came up over the horizon. It was amazing and inspiring to be there. Watching the morning sun come up and cast beautiful shadows along the walls and patios. It was enchanting. Here are a few snapshots we took while we spent the morning on the rooftop. We hope you enjoy these.
