October 4-9, 2016 - Desert Figure Workshop with Kim Weston and Mark Comon
The Desert Figure Workshop is co-taught with Mark Comon - Creative Photo Academy from Paul's Photo in Torrance, CA. A fun 4 day workshop held in a Desert Hot Springs Resort. Our shooting locations are the Anahata Springs Resort, a serene mineral water spa in the middle of the beautiful Desert Hot Springs and Joshua Tree National Park, a fantastic desert location with jumbo rocks and other-worldly vistas. We will practice figure modeling and photography amidst the mid-century designs of this spa retreat, in and around the resort, by the pool, and then we will venture out to photograph within the natural wonders of the surrounding desert area. Kim cooks all of the dinners and we eat together in the evenings.
